product has been opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with
proper images or video proof.
Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Damage
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it or record a
clear unboxing video. This will help us resolve the issue faster.
